Welshness

Trelew and Gaiman

sunny

You wouldn´t think that in the south of Argentina there would be a few little towns scattered about where hearing the welsh language, reading signs in welsh and eating tea would be common place. A couple of little towns, Puerto Madryn, Trelew and Gaiman for example were all settled by the welsh. There are welsh cakes, welsh shops, welsh people and best of all afternoon tea - Welsh style! I was amazed! Welsh people rock! The end.

Hi Emma, It's great to hear your exploits. We have friends from south America and it's interesting hearing you talk about their countries. We wish that we were there with you! One day maybe! A friend has offered to let you stay in his house in Montevideo if it's on your itinerary. Heś not there at the moment but the keys are held locally, just let us know if you are interested.
Lots of love, Uncle Alan et al. xx
